Trent “T-dog” Blackburn, 24 Y.O. New England transplant, brings a wealth of cycling knowledge to the Werks. From bespoke custom frame building and painting to international racing experience, Trent is your guy for anything with two wheels! Find him on the group ride, at the skatepark or in his custom paint shop when he’s not “Werkin’”

Sean Rudzinsky

Sean is a 25 year veteran of the bike industry as a shop guy, former tech rep and wrench for multiple pro athletes, and 30+ year veteran of competitively playing bike, BMX, Mountain, Road and Cyclocross…. He loves custom bikes and custom wheels and will gladly talk your ear off about gear of any kind, either in the shop or on the trail.

Katherine Finnegan

Bio: A Harvard, Massachusetts local, Dame Katherine H. Finnegan the 1st, has been skiing since the age of 3. Surviving brushes with death from polar bears and lightning, Finn also spends the summer months canoeing to the Hudson Bay. Although sometimes you may find her playing in traffic and chasing cars, or even barking at customers, Finn can also be seen skiing everywhere.

Charlie Canalizo

Bio: Charlie is a Long Island boy who has lived in the “Valley” for the past 25 years. Charlie can be found wherever there is epic snowfall. He’s been known to chase storms like fellow riders chase him on a bike, in the woods and on the road! In his spare time, Charlie loves boating and fishing.

Dave just retired from 27 years teaching 7th grade English at Frontier Regional. When he’s not at the “Werks” you can find him skiing or riding at Mount Snow where he lives full time. Dave plans to spend some time in Hermosa Beach soon.

Geoff Christoph

Bio: Often seen hiding in his mancave, Geoff spends the majority of his days riding his hot pink, Specialized Crux, with his wife Laura. Due to the constant demands of his 'meat and cheese only' diet, Geoff uses the protein from these meals to do crossfit and ski around New England. Geoff and Laura are also the proud parents of three cats Pouncer, Monkey, and Pokey.

Bio: Originally from New Hampshire, Neil moved to the Valley in 2012. After an epic career of working as a film maker, web developer, and marketing specialist, Neil decided to venture East. Living in his Volkswagen camper for two years with his beautiful wife, Kerry, they established their new lives in Western Massachusetts. During the winter months you can spot him skinning up Mount Sugarloaf, Toby or some lesser known local hills with his dog Koda.

Bio: Whether he's making new mountain biking trails or shredding on his dirt bike, Nick can also be seen putting a factory finish on ski tunes. Nick likes to spend his time skiing at Stowe Mountain in Vermont. A passionate Dynastar Cham salesman, he can also assist you in mountain bike sales.

Scott Smith

Bio: A Western Massachusetts native, Scott's affinity for bikes began when he used to hang around bike shops in Agawam, Massachusetts after school. His riding career started with mountain bikes and it later spread to the demanding world of Cyclocross. Scott comes to us as a decorated Cyclocross athlete and talented bike mechanic.
