Dave Buckley
Dave's a local boy from "Hamp". He is a dad, a teacher, a former baseball player and coach. Dave lives at Mount Snow in the winter and in Sunderland with his girlfriend, Felice. Dave loves to mountain bike, road ride with his buddies and is passionate about skiing with anyone, anywhere, anytime!

Charlie Canalizo
Charlie is a Long Island boy who has lived in the "Valley" for the past 25 years. He currently resides in Northampton. Charlie can be found wherever there is epic snowfall. He's been known to chase storms like fellow riders chase him on a bike, in the woods and on the road! In his spare time, Charlie loves boating, fishing and hanging on the Cape.

Geoff Christoph
Geoff is originally from Philadelphia. He came to the "Happy Valley" in 1998 to attend UMASS, where he earned a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering. Geoff lives in Hadley with his cats, pouncer, pokey, monkey and his chickens. An avid road and mountain biker, and former competitive Nordic Ski Racer, Geoff can be found snowshoeing the Thunderbolt trail, cruising in his jeep, or, on his motorcycle.

Matt White                                                                                                                                            Matt was born and raised in Western Mass, and has enjoyed it so much he plans to stay  as long as possible.  He has worked in a few bike shops since the age of 15.  He started racing BMX, and by 17 had transitioned to road racing, and cyclocross, reaching the CAT 1 level, before he turned 20.  Through his racing experience both on and off road, he honed his skills as a mechanic.  "I had no option but to figure out to fix my bike, I was riding it a lot, so it was wearing out, and breaking down pretty often.  Before long I was using what I learned for my own needs to help other people keep there bikes running well".  Matt took a job with Shimano USA and adding another layer to his understanding of the bicycle industry and it's a technical nature.  But most importantly he learned that his favorite part of the bicycle business is helping people, and trouble shooting problems in the shop.  At 28 Matt has put his racing aside (mostly) and now enjoys more trail riding and hiking with Katie, his girl friend and Evelyn, his dog.

Andrew Thompson                                                                                                                         Andrew grew up on a small farm in Central Massachusetts. He races mountain bikes, but can also be found on road rides and at the skatepark riding BMX. His other interests include cars and snowboarding. Though he would always prefer to be out riding.
